  • Your tour starts promptly at the scheduled time, therefore please arrive 30 minutes prior to tour departure time in order to complete the necessary training. Each member of your party is required to complete and sign a liability waiver form. Minors under the age of 18 will need a parent or guardian to complete their paperwork..

  • We do not offer shuttle service, we are about a 30min ride from “The Strip” area to our starting location.

  • Reservations are highly recommended, tours sell out, if a tour is available same day you can book through this website.

  • For your riding safety, guests must be at least 12 years of age and weigh at least 80 pounds and not in excess of 350 pounds.

  • Absolutely! We have various stops that allow you opportunities to take pictures. However, for safety reasons, we do ask that you do not take pictures while you are riding the Segway.

  • We ask everyone to arrive 30min before the start of the tour for a full training. Using a Segway is much easier than it looks, BUT there is always a dangerous risk, and riders must be aware of their surroundings at all times

  • No alcohol is allowed during the tour at all. If you show up and we feel you are under the influence of alcohol we have the right to cancel the tour and no refunds will be given. Segways are a motorized vehicle and riders are subject to DUI laws. The safety of our riders and pedestrians are first and foremost.

  • We are happy to offer full refunds for our Segway tours in Las Vegas if the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours before the scheduled tour. We do however allow you to reschedule your tour for another day if you are faced with extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

  • Yes, tours are subject to certain weather conditions. In these cases, we contact you ahead of your tour and make arrangements to either reschedule or issue you a full refund.

  • A Segway is a motorized transportation device and so you are treated the same as though you were driving a car or motorcycle.

    (But, not if you aren’t drinking.)

  • Helmets are provided. Please wear closed-toed, flat shoes for the tour. Dress for the weather. Shorts and t-shirts are fine. During our colder months, we suggest layers. We also recommend sunscreen, which we provide!

  • Unfortunately, due to the risk to both child and mother, pregnant women are not allowed to participate on our Segway tours.


  • Our tours operate in groups of up to eight.
